The Eluru District Revenue Officer (DRO) V. Vishweshwar Rao announced that the Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme will be held as scheduled on Monday (December 1), in the district.
In view of the visit of Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu to the district on the same day, District Collector K. Vetriselvi, Joint Collector Abhishek Goud, and other district officials from various departments will not be available at the Collectorate for the programme.
The District Revenue Officer confirmed that the PGRS programme will proceed as planned, and officials from the concerned departments will be present to receive grievances and requests from the public.
