The Public Grievance Redressal System (PGRS) programme will be conducted as scheduled on November 24 in Eluru district, according to a statement issued by District Revenue Officer (DRO) V. Visweshwara Rao. He clarified that despite the district tour of Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan on the same day, the PGRS programme at Eluru Collectorate will not be affected.

However, the DRO informed that District Collector K. Vetriselvi and Joint Collector Abhishek Gowda will not be available at the PGRS venue due to their participation in the Deputy Chief Minister’s tour. The programme will be held at the Collectorate as per schedule, where the DRO and officials from various departments will receive petitions from the public.

The district administration assured that all arrangements are in place to ensure the smooth conduct of the programme.
