Ragesh slams UDF – The Hindu

Communist Party of India (Marxist) [CPI(M)] district secretary K.K. Ragesh has said that the United Democratic Front (UDF) and the Congress should not attempt to blame the CPI(M) for their “inability” to find candidates for the local body election.

Speaking at a press conference, he said the reality is that the Congress was not contesting in Malappattam and Anthoor because it lacked candidates there. He alleged that the UDF, with support from sections of the media, was criticising the CPI(M) to cover up its organisational weakness.
