Monte Carlo Limited has executed a 17 -metre vent road underbridge (ROB) using box pushing method of the largest Reinforced Cement Concrete (RCC) without disruption to the live railway traffic in Kargondapalli between Hosur and Kelamangalm here.

The project, as part of the eight laning project accomplished by Monte Carlo Limited for the National Highways Authority of India, has also entered the Indian Book of Records and the Asian Book of Records for its non-conformist engineering design custom made to the specifics of the project and “demonstrative capability to deliver high-precision infrastructure solutions under live railway conditions,” according to the company.

On Wednesday, Monte Carlo India was felicitated by the district administration for its engineering feat recognised by the Records.

At the function, Collector C. Dinesh Kumar said, the 17-metre long and 24-metre wide road underbridge as part of the Satellite Ring Road between Bengaluru and Thorapalli Agraharam was executed using pre-cast technology, where large span box was divided into multiple RCC segments.

According to Monte Carlo Limited, the road underbridge exceeded the modular design limits of standard 12 m span and hence called for a custom made project-specific design. The project began in June 2025 and completed in September 2025.
