Revanth orders probe into alleged irregularities in Kaloji University

Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy expressed displeasure over news reports highlighting alleged irregularities in the functioning of Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS).

Reports in the media pointed to serious lapses, including discrepancies in examination paper evaluation and arbitrary appointment of in-charge officials.

Taking a serious view of the allegations, the Chief Minister sought a detailed explanation from senior officials of the Medical and Health department. He directed them to submit a comprehensive report on how such things were allowed to occur in one of the State’s most prestigious academic institutions.

The Chief Minister said, “Stern action will be taken against those responsible and the government will not tolerate incidents that tarnishes its reputation, regardless of who is involved,” he reportedly told officials.
