Seven girls, feared missing, traced by police

Seven minor girls who were feared missing were traced by the Munambam police in the city on Thursday (October 30, 2025) evening. The girls, all Class 8 students of St. Augustine’s Girls Higher Secondary School, Kuzhupilly, had been reported missing after they failed to return home on time. The police located them around 7.30 p.m. “The girls had gone to Marine Drive and spent some time there. They were about to return home when the police found them and took them back to their parents,” an official said.
