Nineteen persons, including eight sex workers and 11 transgender persons, were arrested during the week-long drive carried out by the Cyberabad Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) and SHE Teams between November 29 and December 5, 2025. In addition, three victims were rescued and seven accused were arrested in four cases registered under the Prevention of Immoral Traffic Act (PITA).

The SHE Teams also conducted 152 decoy operations, catching 51 people red-handed while committing indecent acts in public places. While cases were formally booked in these instances, remaining persons were counselled on legal and social norms. In addition, the teams received 15 complaints from women victims through various channels.

Family counselling efforts continued, with 31 families successfully reunited following marital or domestic disputes through the Family Counselling Centres and CDEW Centres.

As part of ongoing preventive and awareness measures, AHTU and SHE teams conducted 112 awareness programmes across Cyberabad. These sessions covered topics including human and child trafficking, eve teasing, social media harassment, child marriages, child rights, child labour, stalking, begging, cyber bullying, and cyber fraud. The programmes also promoted the importance of helplines such as Women Helpline 181, Child Helpline 1098, Dial 100, and Crimes 1930.
