The Election Department in Puducherry has nearly completed the distribution of enumeration forms as part of the Election Commission of India’s (ECI) Special Intensive Revision (SIR) exercise in the Union Territory (UT).

Chief Electoral Officer P. Jawahar said the department has covered almost 93% of the total electorate of 10.21 lakh in the UT after election officials began house visits to distribute enumeration forms on November 4.

As of Wednesday (November 12, 2025) noon, the department has distributed 9.50 lakh forms to voters. The Booth Level Officers (BLOs) will be making at least three house visits for the distribution and collection of filled forms, he said.

“The election machinery has started the process of collecting the filled enumeration forms while simultaneously distributing the forms to those electors who have not been covered so far. The election machinery in Puducherry is committed to ensuring that all eligible voters are covered with respect to the distribution of enumeration forms and their collection. The SIR is progressing as per the schedule announced by the ECI in Puducherry,” the CEO said.

Those who are yet to receive the forms could access the contact details of Electoral Registration Officers, Assistant Electoral Registration Officers, or BLOs by logging onto the website www.ceopuducherry.gov.in. Voters could dial 1950 for assistance. Additionally, left-out electors also have the facility to apply online through the ECINET mobile app or web portal www. voters. eci.gov.in.
