Construction of bus bays, laying of granites and tiles, concrete roof, painting, electrical wiring and electrical fittings have been completed, Forty two chairs have been provided. In addition to the construction of 22 shops, the sources added that erection of shutters to all shops has been made.

As far as the first floor is concerned, which will be used for organising small functions, all other work except for laying tiles and electrical fittings, have been completed. The Tiruchi Corporation has applied for the new connection with the Tamil Nadu Power Distribution Corporation (TNPDC), which is expected soon to erect an exclusive transformer for the bus terminus.
