The makers of the highly-anticipated movie directed by SS Rajamouli and starring Mahesh Babu have revealed the first look of Prithviraj Sukumaran from the film. The film also stars Priyanka Chopra in the lead role.
Billed as a “globetrotter”, the movie is bankrolled by KL Narayana of Durga Arts. Rajamouli unveiled the first look of Prithviraj Sukumaran, calling the character “sinister and ruthless.”
Prithviraj is set to play a character called Kumbha, the antagonist of the big-budget movie. The actor is seen in a menacing avatar, dressed in all-black and seated on an automated wheel chair. Fans on social media compared the look with the dangerous Doctor Octopus from Spider-Man 2.
The makers are set to reveal the title of the movie on November 15, 2025. At an event scheduled at the Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad, the movie’s first glimpse will also be unveiled. The event will be live-streamed on JioHotstar.
On November 06, 2025, Rajamouli said that he is currently shooting the climax of the movie. He posted on X (Twitter) that all preparations are underway for the event on November 15.
“We are trying something far beyond what we have done before,” he wrote. The blockbuster filmmaker’s last project was RRR, the Oscar-winning period drama starring Jr NTR and Ram Charan.
