Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin on Tuesday extended birthday greetings to Dravidar Kazhagam (DK) president K. Veeramani.

In a social media post, he said Mr. Veeramani has been consistently working with the belief that the welfare of the Tamil people was his own and protecting social justice was his life’s duty. Mr. Stalin said several dangers continued to surround Tamil Nadu and together the DK and the DMK should counter them. He added that the Dravidian model government would strive to ensure good governance under Mr. Veeramani’s guidance.

Earlier in the day, along with some of his Cabinet colleagues, Mr. Stalin visited Mr. Veeramani at his residence.
