State has attracted ₹15,516 crore investment through investor conclave in U.K. and Germany: CM Stalin

Chief Minister M.K. Stalin has said Tamil Nadu has secured total investments of ₹15,516 crore, creating 17,613 jobs for youth through the U.K. and Germany legs of the ‘Tamil Nadu Rising’ investment conclave.

The U.K.-based Hinduja Group will invest ₹7,500 crore in Tamil Nadu’s electric vehicle ecosystem, for battery storage systems — creating 1,000+ jobs, he said in a post on X.

With AstraZeneca’s expansion and earlier MoUs, the U,K, and Germany leg of #TNRising has secured ₹15,516 crore investments, creating 17,613 jobs for our youth, he said.

“These aren’t just numbers — they are opportunities, futures and dreams. This is the spirit of the #DravidianModel in action”, Mr. Stalin added.
