
Devotees and priests perform Swarnaradhotsavam to Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy at the Srisailam temple on Sunday.

On the auspicious occasion of “Arudra Naksatram”, the Srisailam temple management performed Swarnaradhotsavam to Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy on Sunday (December 07, 2025).
As part of the event, rituals were held for peace and prosperity in the country, seeking intervention of the Lord to keep disasters and natural calamities away and for abundant rains. Special pujas were performed to the deities of Lord Mallikarjuna and Goddess Bhramaramba.
Amid the chants of Vedic mantras by priests and “Namah Sivaiah” by devotees, Swarnaradhotsavam was held from Gangadhara Mandapam to Nandi Mandapam and back to Gangadhara Mandapam. As part of the temple management’s initiative to preserve traditional art forms, Kolatam, Dolu Vaidyam, and other folk artists performed before the golden chariot.
