A Tahsildar, Selvaraj, who was on deputation with TASMAC in Tirumangalam, died due to heart attack while travelling in a TNSTC bus near Peraiyur on Sunday.
The police said that Selvaraj was the Assistant Manager with TASMAC in Kappalur. He had gone to his native village S. Keelapatti in Peraiyur.
While travelling in the bus, he suffered heart attack. He was rushed to a private hospital. However, he was declared brought dead.
