
The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall warning for five Telangana districts for Thursday (October 30, 2025)

With Cyclone Montha weakening into a deep depression and expected to further weaken into a depression by the end of Wednesday (October 29, 2025) end, the India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a heavy rainfall warning for five Telangana districts for Thursday (October 30, 2025).
According to the IMD’s latest bulletin, heavy rainfall is very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts. Additionally, thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Adilabad, Kumaram Bheem Asifabad, Mancherial, Nirmal, Nizamabad, Jagtial, Rajanna Sircilla, Karimnagar, Peddapalli, Jayashankar Bhupalpally and Mulugu districts.
Meanwhile, Hyderabad and its surrounding areas for the next 24 hours will see a generally cloudy sky. “Light to moderate rain or thundershowers, with intense spells at times, accompanied with gusty winds are very likely to occur in the city. Mist or hazy conditions are very likely to prevail during morning and night hours. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to be around 28°C and 22°C respectively,” as per the bulletin.
