Traffic constable assaulted by biker

A constable from Banjara Hills traffic police station was allegedly assaulted by a biker on Wednesday afternoon. An officer from the Banjara Hills police said that the constable took a photograph of the biker for riding on the wrong side of the road, which ensued an argument between them.

On Wednesday afternoon, the constable on duty, Sai, clicked a photograph of Ibrahim, a resident of Syed Nagar, for riding on the wrong route. “Ibrahim noticed this and picked up an argument with the constable. Soon, he allegedly slapped and punched the officer,” said the officer.

Based on a complaint from the constable, a case was booked by the Banjara Hills police against Ibrahim.
