Distribution of enumeration forms under Special Intensive Revision will begin on November 4 in all seven Assembly constituencies in Virudhunagar district.

After inspecting the training programme being conducted for booth-level officers at Sattur on Saturday, Collector N.O. Sukhaputra said that the door-to-door distribution of enumeration forms would be begin on Tuesday.

Training programme for all the booth-level officers of 1,901 polling booths in Virudhunagar district were conducted by the Electoral Registration Officers, in the rank of Deputy Collectors, to sensitise them about the importance of the procedures.

Assistant Electoral Registration Officers were present.

The distribution would be completed within four or five days. The forms should be filled up by the voters with details like phone number, Aadhar card number and name of father, mother and spouse.

Along with these details, the residents, if they had vote in 2002, they need to fill up the details as per the 2002 electoral roll like name of the assembly constituency, part and serial numbers.

The BLOs would help the residents to fetch those details.

This exercise would be completed by December 4.

The draft voter list would be published on December 9.

Claims and objections could be made between December 9 and January 8 and these issues would be scrutinsed between till January 31.

The final voter list on February 7.
