On the occasion of its 25th anniversary, the Yenepoya School will hold an inter-school quiz competition, YenQuiz, on the school campus in Jeppinamogaru, on November 14 and 15.
Associate director of the school, Antony Joseph, told reporters on Thursday (November 6, 2025) that the quiz will be held under two categories. The quiz for students from class 5 to 8 will be held on November 14 and the one for students from class 9 to 12 will be held on November 15.
Students from all schools in Dakshina Kannada and Udupi districts can take part in the event, he said.
Annappa Kamath, president of Mangalore Quizzing Foundation, which is conducting the event, said two students can form a team. There will be a written preliminary round and the top six teams will make it to the final round on stage. There will be no registration charges. The cash prize will be upto ₹60,000, he said.
