Udayagiri MLA Kakarla Suresh expressed sorrow over the murder of TDP leader Gottipati Prasad Naidu at Chintalapalem village of Jaladanki mandal in SPSR Nellore district.
The MLA, on Thursday, met the family members of the deceased TDP leader after his body was shifted to the Kavali Area Hospital morgue for post-mortem on Thursday. He assured them all support and cooperation until justice was delivered. He said that the culprits of the murder would not be spared and all legal steps will be taken to ensure that they are punished.
Later, in the presence of police officers, he personally visited the crime scene and inspected the situation. The MLA also met the local people and collected details about the incident. He directed the police to pay special attention to the case and immediately arrest the culprits.
