Water level in Mullaperiyar dam stood at 137.90 feet (the maximum permissible level is 142 ft.) with an inflow of 1,971 cusecs and a discharge of 1,822 cusecs. The level in Vaigai dam was 69.49 ft. (the maximum level is 71 ft.) with an inflow of 2,195 cusecs and a discharge of 3,199 cusecs. Combined storage in Periyar credit was 10,039.16 mcft.
