10,000 saplings planted to raise mini forest in Tiruchi city

Kauvery Hospital and Joseph Institute of Management launched an initiative to raise a mini forest by planting 10,000 tree saplings across one acre of land in the city. Volunteers, including Kauvery Hospital’s nursing staff, participated in the plantation drive. The initiative would help reduce air pollution around the Chathiram Bus Stand area, a press release from the hospital said.
