Udhayanidhi seeks support of the people to continue good governance

Deputy Chief Minister Udhayanidhi Stalin on Thursday called upon the people to extend support to Chief Minister M.K. Stalin to bolster the growth of the State further.

Speaking at the centenary celebration of the late V. Anaimuthu, founder of the Marxist PeriyaristCommunist Party_, after distributing welfare assistance to various beneficiaries from Perambalur and Ariyalur districts, Mr. Udhayandihi said the DMK government had implemented a number of development and public welfare schemes in the last five years of rule. Mr. Stalin was committed to implementing several other schemes and many others were in the pipeline to take the growth trajectory of the State government further. The people should support the DMK in the Assembly election so as to enable the DMK to continue its good rule.
