The Cyberabad Municipal Corporation (CMC) continued its enforcement drive against unauthorised constructions across its three zones on Thursday (September 17) carrying out 16 demolitions.
CMC enforcement teams conducted field inspections across the Serilingampally, Kukatpally and Quthbullapur zones as part of efforts to ensure compliance with prescribed building regulations. The teams also served three notices in cases requiring further action under the prescribed procedure.
Quthbullapur Zone recorded the highest number of demolitions with seven, followed by Serilingampally Zone with five and Kukatpally Zone with four.
Officials said enforcement teams were continuing field-level inspections across the corporation limits, with unauthorised constructions being identified through ground-level checks and taken up for necessary action in accordance with applicable regulations.
