NCW chairperson holds public hearing on crimes against women

The National Commission for Women (NCW) on Thursday conducted a Mahila Jan Sunwai, or public hearing, at the office of the Commissioner of Police in the Medchal–Malkajgiri Commissionerate to address grievances related to crimes against women.

The programme was chaired by NCW Chairperson Vijaya Rahatkar and attended by senior officials including Telangana Director General of Police B. Shivadhar Reddy, Director General of the Anti-Corruption Bureau Charu Sinha, Malkajgiri Police Commissioner K. Avinash Mohanty, Medchal–Malkajgiri District Collector Manu Choudari, Hyderabad Additional Commissioner of Police (Crimes) M. Srinivas and Future City Commissioner of Police Sudheer Babu.
