Boy from Coimbatore rescued at Madurai Railway Junction

Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel on Sunday rescued a minor boy from Coimbatore who was roaming around at Madurai Railway Junction.

According to RPF source, Head Constable Velmurugan and Constable Arun Prakash had noticed the 13-year-old boy roaming around in a suspicious manner on Platform No. 1.

During an enquiry, they found that the boy had run away from his home in Coimbatore. He was secured and handed over to the Child Welfare Committee for better care and protection.
