Chennai Metrowater offices will remain open this Sunday

Chennai Metrowater offices across the city will function on September 27, from 10 a.m. to 3.30 p.m., for the payment of water and sewer tax and charges for the first half of this fiscal year.

A press release said consumers must pay their water and tax and charges by September 30 to avoid surcharges. Cash counters at all area offices and headquarters will be open on Sunday. Residents may also make payments through online banking, credit and debit cards, UPI, and QR codes.
