Sankar Foundation commemorated the 94th birth anniversary of its founder, the late Atmakuri Sankar Rao, by organising the Founder’s Day and Partners’ Meet at the Sankar Foundation Eye Hospital premises at Naidu Thota, on Tuesday.
Representatives of corporate groups along with long-standing partners appreciated the foundation’s pioneering work in eliminating avoidable blindness across the region. They also expressed their happiness in being associated with the foundation’s journey and pledged continued support for its future initiatives.
Atmakuri Krishna Kumar, managing trustee, A. Vijay Kumar, trustee and K. Radhakrishnan, general manager, felicitated the dignitaries and supporters to mark the occasion.
V. Ramesh Kumar, DGM (PC & CR), shared insights into the hospital’s facilities and services, and extended heartfelt thanks to the foundation’s partners for their enduring support.
