Water level in Papanasam dam stood at 128.15 feet (the maximum level is 143 feet) with an inflow of 1172.88 cusecs and discharge of 1500 cusecs. Water level in Manimuthar dam stood at 106.86 feet (118 feet) with an inflow of 435.62 cusecs and discharge of 480 cusecs.
