Lakshmi Adapa, a progressive coffee farmer from Nittamamidipalem village, Jarrela panchayat, Gudem Kothaveedhi mandal in Alluri Sitharama Raju (ASR) district, has received the ‘Best Progressive Farmer Award’ from Union Minister of State for Agriculture and Farmers’ Welfare Bhagirath Choudhary, at the 4th All India Progressive Farmers Convention 2025, in New Delhi, on Wednesday (December 17).
The convention was organised by The Agriculture Today Magazine, an agriculture magazine, at the Constitution Club of India, New Delhi.
Former Union Minister Parshottam Rupala, and Member of Parliament (Rajkot), former Secretary, Department of Animal Husbandry & Fisheries (AHD&F), Tarun Sridhar, participated in the programme.
