Seventy-five NCC cadets of Jyoti Nivas College, under the aegis of the 1 Karnataka Girls Battalion and guided by Associate NCC Officer Capt. Dr. H. K. Rooparani, participated in an adventure trek to Siddara Betta, in Tumakuru district of Karnataka, on December 17.
The trek was aimed at enhancing physical endurance, mental resilience, teamwork, and leadership skills. An integral part of the activity was a Swachh Bharat Abhiyan, during which cadets cleaned the trekking route by removing plastic waste.Â
