The ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) moved a confidence motion in the Punjab Assembly during its one-day special session on Friday (May 1, 2026).
Stating that the party was “united”, Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann said the motion was moved to counter the way “false rumours and news”.
