The idea to carve fruits and vegetables in campaign for 100 per cent voting attracted a large number of people at the Uzhavar Sandhai (Farmers Shandy) in Theni on Tuesday.
As a part of the Election Commission of India’s guidelines, the officials from the Department of Horticulture and Agriculture had organised the campaign for 100% voting by the electorate on April 23 when election would be held for the Tamil Nadu Legislative Assembly.
