Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu and his wife Nara Bhuvaneswari left on Tuesday for a popular tourist destination in South East Asia on a five-day personal visit abroad. Human Resource Development Minister and his son Nara Lokesh, along with his wife Nara Brahmani and son Devansh, had earlier left for another destination in the region.

The overseas visit has reportedly been planned as a private vacation coinciding with the New Year 2026 celebrations, according to senior government sources. Mr. Lokesh and his family are expected to join Mr. Naidu and Ms. Bhuvaneswari during the trip. They are likely to spend the New Year abroad and return to Andhra Pradesh in the first week of January.

The visit follows an intense and demanding work schedule in recent months. Sources said the Chief Minister and Mr. Lokesh decided to take a brief break to rest and rejuvenate before resuming their administrative responsibilities with renewed focus.
