Coimbatore airport sees 5.2% rise in passenger traffic

With a footfall of 34.20 lakh flyers, Coimbatore International Airport registered 5.2% increase in passenger traffic in the 2025-26 financial year.

The airport is also the second biggest airport in terms of passenger traffic in Tamil Nadu, with Chennai in the first position with 2.30 crore flyers during the period, as per data from the Airports Authority of India (AAI).
