Veteran CPI leader R. Nallakannu

The health condition of Communist Party of India (CPI) veteran R. Nallakannu, who has been hospitalised at the Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital (RGGGH), is “extremely critical”, and he is on mechanical ventilatory support, hospital authorities said on Monday. The centenarian has multiple health complications and has been in and out of hospital for the last six months, a hospital authority said.
