FIR has not been registered yet over a Delhi journalist’s allegation of sexual harassment and assault by a police official while she was covering a protest in New Delhi. Delhi Police said the complaint is being investigated and verified before a case is registered. The development has also raised questions over FIR registration under the Supreme Court’s Lalita Kumari judgment.
