Review berth allocation
The Railways should reconsider the practice of allocating upper berths to super-senior citizens. Even with computerised reservation systems, elderly passengers with mobility issues are sometimes assigned upper berths, causing considerable inconvenience.
The Railway authorities should ensure that lower berths are given priority to super-senior citizens and passengers with medical or mobility needs.
