The division of Hubballi-Dharwad Municipal Corporation (HDMC) is a conspiracy by Chief Minister Siddaramaiah to show Mysuru as the second biggest Urban Local Body after Bengaluru, the former Mayor Iresh Anchatageri said in Dharwad on Sunday.
As of now, the HDMC is the second largest corporation in the State. The Chief Minister is behind the conspiracy to deprive this status to the twin cities and claim it for Mysuru City Corporation.
