DoTE instructs college principals not to collect fees from horizontal reservation students during TNEA admission

The Directorate of Technical Education (DoTE) has instructed principals of engineering colleges to not collect any fee from students admitted under the horizontal reservation category (7.5% reservation for students who studied in government schools from Class VI to Class XII).

A press release stated that DoTE has also instructed college principals to not admit students without following due procedure. Grievances, if any, may be addressed to [email protected].
