DVAC conducts surprise check at Sub-Registrar Office in Thirumayam

A Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption (DVAC) team conducted a surprise check at the Sub Registrar Office in Thirumayam in Pudukottai district on Tuesday. The over four-hour-long check at the office led to the seizure of nearly ₹40,000 cash.  The Sub Registrar was present at the office when the check was conducted, said DVAC sources.
