One of the highlights of this year’s exhibition is the Preamble of the Indian Constitution, designed in the form of a book and decorated with flowers.

The Palace Flower Show 2025 was inaugurated at Mysuru palace on December 21 evening.
The flower show features more than 25,000 ornamental flower pots with large varieties of flowers including roses, chrysanthemums, carnations, gerberas, orchids, anthuriums, and lilies. These will be on display from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. till December 31.
One of the highlights of this year’s exhibition is the Preamble of the Indian Constitution, designed in the form of a book and decorated with flowers. A floral replica of the Sringeri Sharada Peetham is also another major attraction of the flower show.
Meanwhile, cultural programmes are also scheduled to be held on the palace premises from December 21 to 25 between 5 p.m. and 9.30 p.m. The palace will be illuminated from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. every evening.
On the concluding day, December 31, a police band performance will take place from 11 p.m. to midnight, to usher in the New Year, followed by an eco-friendly fireworks display.
Tanveer Sait, former Minister and MLA, T.S. Srivatsa, MLA, D. Thimmaiah, MLC, G. Lakshmikanth Reddy, Mysuru Deputy Commissioner, Yukesh Kumar, Mysuru Zilla Panchayat Chief Executive Officer, and Subramanya, Deputy Director of Mysuru Palace Board, were present at the inauguration of the 10-day flower show.
