The Greater Bengaluru Authority (GBA) will roll out its new e-Khata system, e-Aasthi 2.0, from September 21 to simplify property-related services and allow citizens to track applications online, GBA Chief Commissioner M. Maheshwar Rao said on Thursday.

The new portal will be available at https://GBAeAasthi.Karnataka.gov.in.

Among the services to be offered are conversion of draft e-Khatas into final e-Khatas, issuance of final e-Khatas along with mutation, integration with the Kaveri system for mutation, real-time online tracking of applications, and conversion of B-Khata to A-Khata.

The upgraded platform is an expansion of the existing e-Aasthi system, through which the GBA has issued over 25 lakh e-Khatas online. It will bring several e-Khata and property-related services onto a single platform and further automate the application process.

Other services, including new Khata registration, bulk processing of Khatas for apartments and multi-storey buildings, corrections to completed or final e-Khatas, and site bifurcation and amalgamation, will be introduced subsequently, the commissioner said.
