High pressure boilers despatched – The Hindu

Trichy Engineering and Technology Cluster (TREAT), along with its member company, on Wednesday despatched two waste-heat high-pressure boilers being exported to Canada.

In a statement, TREAT said it was a noteworthy achievement as it was accomplished despite the current geo-political situation and stiff competition from manufacturers in Thailand, Vietnam, and China. The project was executed for a German company. The successful delivery highlights the “Make in India” initiative, meeting stringent global quality and safety norms and American Society of Mechanical Engineers (ASME)’s stamping, while remaining competitive on an international scale.
