Home Minister V. Anitha on Saturday (March 14, 206) inspected the venue for the foundation stone laying ceremony of the proposed ArcellorMittal steel plant at Nakkapalli mandal in Anakapalli. The programme is scheduled to be held on March 23 and will be attended by Chief Minister N. Chandrababu Naidu, Deputy Chief Minister Pawan Kalyan and IT Minister Nara Lokesh.
Anticipating a large gathering—including students—at the programme, the Minister directed officials to ensure tight security arrangements. She also instructed them to prepare a proper plan for effective traffic management and adequate parking facilities, emphasising that all arrangements should be completed systematically to avoid any public inconvenience.
