Jipmer has bagged the trophy for the highest contribution towards the Armed Forces Flag Day Fund for the year 2024–25 among all organisations in the Union Territory.
A press note said that the Department of Sainik Welfare, Government of Puducherry had acknowledged and appreciated Jipmer’s role as top contributor in supporting the welfare of ex-servicemen, war veterans, widows, and their dependents.

Speaking on the occasion, Vir Singh Negi, Director, Jipmer noted that the recognition marks another milestone in Jipmer’s continued contributions to social and national causes, including its solidarity with the Armed Forces community, the press note said.
