Joshi sees need to equip hospitals with enough doctors, staff and medicine

Union Minister for Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution Pralhad Joshi has said that development is not just about constructing hospitals but equipping them with adequate doctors, staff and medicine and ensuring proper healthcare services to the public.

Inaugurating the new building of the Amminbhavi Community Health Centre in Dharwad taluk on Monday, he said that the country is emerging as a reliable nation globally in both the service and manufacturing sectors.
