Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his Telangana counterpart, Revanth Reddy, skirmished on social media on Tuesday (April 7, 2026), accusing each other of employing coarse language in politics.

Mr. Reddy’s use of a “schoolyard taunt,” a contemporary political adaptation of a popular dialogue from the Mohanlal film Narasimham, Nee Po Mone Vijayan, instead of the original, Nee Po Mone Dinesha, sparked the dispute.
