Regulate open kitchens

Open kitchens of eateries along Natham Road, behind the Narayanapuram bus stop, are causing inconvenience to commuters. Chilli and pepper used during cooking often spread into the open air, affecting passengers waiting at the bus stop and posing a risk to motorists and pedestrians, particularly at night.

Madurai Corporation should inspect and ensure that necessary safety and pollution-control measures are followed to prevent accidents and inconvenience to the public.
