The investigation into the killing of two Meitei children in a “bomb attack” in Manipur’s Bishnupur district on April 7 is likely to be handed over to the National Investigation Agency (NIA), a senior government official said on Thursday. Their father is a Border Security Force (BSF) jawan.

The official said the attackers had not been identified so far and all aspects were being looked into.
