The one-man committee, which investigated the controversy related to the supply of adulterated ghee to the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) for preparation of the laddu prasadam, has submitted its report to the Andhra Pradesh government, identifying procedural and administrative lapses.

According to the sources at the Chief Minister’s Office (CMO), the report submitted by the committee, headed by retired IAS officer Dinesh Kumar, has found that administrative lapses in the TTD had led to the adulteration of the ghee.
